Unique “Buddy Sites”

Breaking away from the traditional RV park layout, Legacy RV Resort embraces the innovative concept of “Buddy Sites.” Buddy Sites are a new industry trend, allowing RVs to park in a way that they can face each other and create a communal space in between. This communal space includes shared amenities such as fire pits, picnic benches and more. With eight dedicated Buddy Site spaces accommodating a total of 25 groups, we strive to foster a sense of community and camaraderie. This is especially perfect for large families and groups or even team bonding – whether it is teams from McIntosh county’s new sporting complex’s tournaments or organizational leadership groups!

Activities and Amenities

Our unique property will feature a variety of activities and amenities to enjoy. This includes hiking, kayaking, and of course sight-seeing and bird-watching by the serene pond. After a fun-filled day, you can also relax, tell stories, and toast s’mores by a campfire under the stars!

Steve Mason and team share big plans, “Property guests will enjoy a zero entry pool, covered pavilions, clubhouse, internet cafe, and so much more,” he said.

Additionally, Legacy RV Resort’s unique location makes it easy to explore popular off-site destinations and even take day-trips to historical sites and cities such as Sapelo Island, St. Simon’s Island, and Savannah.

Legacy RV Resort aims to elevate the comfort and convenience of its guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. There are on-site comfort stations with clean bathrooms and laundry facilities to integrate modern conveniences into the natural environment. 

For the RV aficionado, we are excited to detail our paved RV parking pads, featuring 50/30 amp service connections, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi. However, this state-of-the-art set up is designed to cater to both seasoned travelers and those new to the RV lifestyle.  So even if you are not yet sure what such technical terms may mean, rest assured that you will still be able to embrace the tranquility of Coastal Georgia and explore new places without compromising on comfort and convenience!
